If you have an item that needs to be returned please contact your sales representative or the ecommerce department by phone for instructions. Returns will be refunded in the form they were purchased within 5-7 business days after item is received.

Unopened and Unused Items
Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receiving item. If item was purchased locally it may be returned for full refund, if item was delivered cost of pick-up and delivery will not be covered. If item was shipped, the actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered, even if item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but not packaging.

Opened and Unused Items
Items that have been opened and not used may be returned within 10 days of receiving item, if in resalable condition. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and repackaging. Items that have been shipped will not have inbound or outbound shipping costs refunded, even if item was "free shipping". Defective Product
Supplier Medical Equipment accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to get a recommended letter under warranty. Supplier Medical Equipment will bound the return fee from your location. And then we will arrange all document needed to claim the warranty to Manufacturer including recommended letter from your local service center. Supplier Medical Equipment will be responsible with Defective Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.

Damaged Product
Supplier Medical Equipment accept returns on damaged equipment. Please note, Supplier Medical Equipment only accept damaged equipment if you receive the damaged because the shipping. ( Secure Payment Warranty PayPal )

Cancelled Orders
No charges or loss will be applied as long as orders are cancelled before items ship. If items has shipped standard return policies apply.
